Terms and Conditions for The Online Course Academy:

1. Eligibility: This programme is open to all educators, teachers, trainers and instructional designers who are over the age of 18 and have the capabilities to participate in a professional development programme such as this.
2. Programme Duration: TheOnline Course Academy is a 6  week online course, consisting of fortnightly modules and assignments. Participants are expected to commit to the full duration of the course to gain maximum benefit.
3. Fees: The fee for the programme is £1,200.00 (twelve hundred pounds). This fee is non-refundable and covers all materials, resources, and support provided during the duration of the course.
4. Course Materials: All course materials, including online resources, will be provided by The Online Course Academy. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary technology and equipment to complete the programme.
5. Confidentiality: All participants must agree to maintain confidentiality regarding course content and other participant information. The sharing of confidential information, course materials or other proprietary information is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property: The content of the programme, including course materials, online resources, and any other materials provided by The Online Course Academy, is the property of Beauty Boss Her Quarters and is protected by intellectual property laws. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any course materials for commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability: Beauty Boss Her Quarters will not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the participant's participation in the programme, including but not limited to any loss of income or business interruption.
8. Termination:The Online Course Academy reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrolment in the programme at any time if the participant violates any of the terms and conditions or if the participant fails to meet the requirements of the programme.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the participant's enrolment in the programme will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the UK.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:The Online Course Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in writing.
11. Post-Programme Support: Participants will have access to 6 months of support fromThe Online Course Academy following the completion of the programme. This support will include email support and the opportunity to attend additional webinars and workshops should any be scheduled.The Online Course Academy reserves the right to revoke or modify this post-programme support at any time, with or without notice to the participant.
12. Bonus: Group Mentoring Calls: If a participant is granted group coaching calls as part of their programme enrolment, these calls must be booked within the duration of the programme and according to the availability of the mentor.The Online Course Academy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the participant's schedule, but final scheduling is subject to the mentor's availability. Failure to attend the calls within the specified time frame may result in the forfeiture of this benefit.
13. Office Hours Support:
    The Beauty Boss team is committed to providing top-notch support to all students enrolled in The Online Course Academy. The team will offer a total of 3 hours of support, which will be divided into one every 2 weeks.

Availability:
During the designated office hours, the beauty boss team will be available live to answer any questions or concerns the students may have in the private community group set uup for all peers within the group. The team will make every effort to ensure that the students receive the support they need in a timely and effective manner.

Office Hour Dates and Times:
The beauty boss team reserves the right to alter or reschedule the dates and times of the office hours. Students will be notified of any changes in advance via email or other means of communication.

Responsibility:
The beauty boss team is dedicated to providing support during designated office hours. However, they cannot be held responsible for technical issues that arise and cannot be solved in collaboration with the team or outside of office hours. It is the student's responsibility to reach out to the team during office hours for assistance. The team will do their best to resolve any technical issues in a timely manner, but some may require additional time to be resolved. The students understand and accept that not all technical issues can be resolved immediately.

Limitation of Liability:
The beauty boss team does not assume any liability for any losses or damages incurred by the students as a result of participating in the 6-week programme 'The Online Course Academy' Students participate at their own risk and agree to hold the beauty boss team harmless for any damages or losses they may incur.

By enrolling on to The Online Course Academy, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
