Terms and Conditions for Together We Teach Educators Programme:

1. Eligibility: The programme is open to all educators, teachers, trainers and instructional designers who are over the age of 18 and have the necessary qualifications and experience to participate in a professional development programme.
2. Programme Duration: The programme is a 12-week course, consisting of weekly modules and assignments. Participants are expected to commit to the full duration of the programme to gain maximum benefit.
3. Fees: The fee for the programme is £3.000 (three thousand pounds). This fee is non-refundable and covers all materials, resources, and support provided during the programme.
4. Course Materials: All course materials, including online resources, will be provided by Together We Teach. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary technology and equipment to complete the programme.
5. Confidentiality: All participants must agree to maintain confidentiality regarding course content and other participant information. The sharing of confidential information, course materials or other proprietary information is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property: The content of the programme, including course materials, online resources, and any other materials provided by Together We Teach, is the property of Beauty Boss HQ and is protected by intellectual property laws. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any course materials for commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability: Together We Teach will not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the participant's participation in the programme, including but not limited to any loss of income or business interruption.
8. Termination: Together We Teach reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrolment in the programme at any time if the participant violates any of the terms and conditions or if the participant fails to meet the requirements of the programme.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the participant's enrolment in the programme will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction].
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Together We Teach Print reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in writing.
11. ost-Programme Support: Participants will have access to 6 months of support from Together We Teach following the completion of the programme. This support will include access to online resources, email support and the opportunity to attend webinars and workshops. Together We Teach reserves the right to revoke or modify this post-programme support at any time, with or without notice to the participant.
12. Bonus: 1 to1  Mentoring Power Calls: If a participant is granted 2-1 to 1 mentoring power calls as part of their programme enrolment, these calls must be booked within the duration of the programme and according to the availability of the mentor. together We Teach will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the participant's schedule, but final scheduling is subject to the mentor's availability. Failure to book the 2-1 to 1 mentoring power calls within the specified time frame may result in the forfeiture of this benefit.
13. Office Hours Support:
    The beauty boss team is committed to providing top-notch support to all students enrolled in the 12-week programme 'Together We Teach.' The team will offer a total of 10 hours of support, which will be divided into one hour per week.

Availability:
During the designated office hours, the beauty boss team will be available live to answer any questions or concerns the students may have. The team will make every effort to ensure that the students receive the support they need in a timely and effective manner.

Office Hour Dates and Times:
The beauty boss team reserves the right to alter or reschedule the dates and times of the office hours. Students will be notified of any changes in advance via email or other means of communication.

Responsibility:
The beauty boss team is dedicated to providing support during designated office hours. However, they cannot be held responsible for technical issues that arise and cannot be solved in collaboration with the team or outside of office hours. It is the student's responsibility to reach out to the team during office hours for assistance. The team will do their best to resolve any technical issues in a timely manner, but some may require additional time to be resolved. The students understand and accept that not all technical issues can be resolved immediately.

Limitation of Liability:
The beauty boss team does not assume any liability for any losses or damages incurred by the students as a result of participating in the 12-week programme 'Together We Teach.' Students participate at their own risk and agree to hold the beauty boss team harmless for any damages or losses they may incur.

By enrolling in the Together We Teach Educators Programme, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
