Terms and Conditions for Beauty Business Courses

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the online beauty business courses provided by the Beauty Business Academy ("BBA"). By accessing or using the courses, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use the courses.

  1. Description of Courses: The courses provided by BBA are online, pre-recorded video masterclasses or courses with modules. These courses are designed to provide education and guidance in various aspects of the beauty business industry.

  2. Access and Use: 2.1 Course Access: Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the online courses. Access will be provided through the BBA website or any other designated platform. 2.2 Individual Use: The courses are intended for individual use only. Sharing, distributing, or providing access to the courses to third parties without prior written consent from BBA is strictly prohibited. 2.3 Completion at Own Pace: You may complete the courses at your own pace, within the period of time specified upon enrollment, subject to any stated expiration dates.

  3. Refunds and Cancellations: 3.1 No Refunds: Due to the nature of the digital product, once the courses have been accessed, there will be no refunds provided. 3.2 Cancellation: BBA reserves the right to cancel or discontinue any course without prior notice. In the event of a course cancellation, BBA may provide a suitable alternative or offer a credit for future course enrollment.

  4. Intellectual Property: 4.1 Ownership: The courses, including all materials, videos, documentation, and any other content provided, are the intellectual property of BBA and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. 4.2 Limited License: BBA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the courses solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the courses without explicit written permission from BBA.

  5. Disclaimer of Warranty: BBA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the courses, including but not limited to their accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. BBA shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use or inability to use the courses.

  6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

  7. Modification of Terms: BBA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
