Refunds and Cancellations: 3.1 No Refunds: Due to the nature of the digital product, once the courses have been accessed, there will be no refunds provided. 3.2 Cancellation: BBA reserves the right to cancel or discontinue any course without prior notice. In the event of a course cancellation, BBA may provide a suitable alternative or offer a credit for future course enrollment.

Intellectual Property: 4.1 Ownership: The courses, including all materials, videos, documentation, and any other content provided, are the intellectual property of BBA and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. 4.2 Limited License: BBA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the courses solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
