WHY ME?
If we haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting, let me introduce myself! I'm Layla! and I have been in the professional beauty industry for 24 years. Here's my backstory:
After opening my beauty salon back in the year 2000, I just KNEW there was more out there for me! More income, more flexibility, and more FREEDOM! So I set up my second beauty business, my award winning training academy: The Beauty Boss Academy, which I set up over 18 years ago.
Since then, I've gone on to become a distributor for some of the biggest professional brands in the world, and I've developed and launched my own brands, which I sell over at Beauty Boss Her-Quarters, I also have The Beauty Business Academy, where I run my membership, 'The Members Club' and offer my various coaching services.
But! I have to be honest... my biggest passion, is this: teaching others how to teach. That's why I created this industry custom designed 12 week teacher training programme 'Together We Teach'. My coaching calls are strategically placed in between each module, to make sure you are fully supported as you move through the course material. If you can make them, great, but if you can't, don't worry, I have them recorded and uploaded to the learners dashboard so you can watch them back, in your own time.
