Hi! I'm Layla, founder of The Beauty Boss Academy, former salon owner, and MD of a group of multiple 6 & 7 figure companies in the beauty industry, based in the UK.
My story (and my passion for the industry!) starts in my beauty salon, which I owned for almost 10 years before I scaled and sold. I had transitioned it from a run down shop, to one of the biggest beauty salons in Bournemouth!
