Designed for beauty professionals, and established educators, the certification bridges the gap between technical education and transformational coaching - empowering women to leverage their knowledge and grow their beauty business.

For over 2 decades Layla has been at the forefront of education in the beauty industry, training thousands of salon owners and professionals to grow beyond the nail desk. With Coach-The-Coach, she takes her expertise one step further, giving participants the tools, psychology, and confidence to become powerful business coaches for the nail and beauty industry.

This next-level certification programme from ‘train-the-trainer’, is a unique hybrid certification. It blends online modules with live business coaching, and an in-person experience during the final assessment.

The curriculum covers mindset, communication mastery, sales psychology and of course the frameworks and methods used in todays world of business coaching. Coach-The-Coach is designed to be integrated into established training academies, and also for independent coaches.
