Hi! I'm Layla!
If you're on this page, chances are you already know a little bit about me and what I do, but in a nutshell, I'm a passionate business owner that specialises in helping women build a Freedom Based Beauty Business™.
My story started in the beauty industry a little over 25 years ago, when I opened my first business, a beauty salon.
Like many in the beauty industry, I was time poor, sat at my nail desk and lash couch all day, saying yes to every client that walked through the door, thinking that was how I was going to be successful and 'get rich'...
I started my journey as an entrepreneur at just nineteen years of age, with big ambitions but no money! I opened my beauty salon borrowing ten thousand pounds, and I was only four months qualified, thinking I knew it all - boy was I wrong!
Fast track to now, life looks VERY different!
I have multi 6 figure months with my online business, 6 figure months in my training business, and multi 7 figure months in my distribution business (in previous years I've hit over half a million in one month!), I've created my own award winning professional beauty brands which we sell internationally, and in recent years; I've been investing my profits into building a property portfolio (including a hotel).
With nothing to my name but determination I was quick to leverage my knowledge into Multiple Streams Of Beauty Income™, and I want to help you do the same.

It's Been A Busy Two Decades!
Over the last two decades, I have grown year after year:
- Academy owner, and course creator since 2005 (that's over 20 years ago!)
- I hit my first million in my thirties.

- In 2017 I moved to Marbella and bought a 7 bedroom house (cash) - while my businesses were running like well-oiled machines in the UK.
- I have compounded much of my profits into building an impressive property portfolio.

WHO THIS MASTERMIND IS FOR
This mastermind is not for start ups or beginners in business.
To be considered you’ll need to meet the following criteria:
- An email list of at least 300 people or at least trying to actively grow it.
- Between 3-5 years industry experience.
- Already be hitting a monthly revenue threshold of 3-5k
- You must value coaching that is designed to stretch you. Tracking numbers, margins, and having uncomfortable conversations (if necessary) during coaching sessions.
WHAT THIS MASTERMIND ISN'T
This is not a get rich quick mastermind. This is where women come to build out their online/freedom based beauty business and this does not happen overnight. Next Level Mastermind is a six month commitment for a reason.
- This is not a mindset mastermind. Mindset plays a big part in business and will be weaved throughout this mastermind (usually right before launch and before execution). We have a co-coach on hand to help with money mindset.
