Hi! I'm Layla, the organiser of this epic event and the creator of the Beauty Boss brand.
Spinning almost two decades of industry experience (and leaving no industry stone un-turned!), I felt it was time to host an industry event like no other!
As an ex-salon owner, and owner of training academies The Beauty Boss Academy and Beauty Business Academy for almost 19 years, I know first hand the journey you are on.
I understand business can be lonely, overwhelming and if I can just get real with you for a minute: it can be f*cking hard at times too!
That's why in my 19 years of industry experience, and having thrown many events over the years, I HAD to create the space for like-minded women in the industry to come together under one roof...
